Tibetan Pulsing Yoga – and specially our New Mind groups – are helping to relax our nervous system and are giving the experience that we are not only body or matter. This realisation is helping to see death as a part of life, a kind of ‘fresh beginning’ in a long chain of changes.

On occasions we are offering an individual accompaniment to prepare and support during the process of leaving the body.
