In Tibetan Pulsing Yoga we understand the eye as a mirror of our soul. This is not only a poetic phrase but also a scientific fact. The nerves of our eyes have a direct and complex connection to the rest of the body. Every shock that once was experienced, no matter of what nature – physical or mental,  stress, hurt, accidents, operations – all of this leaves a specific mark on our iris and indicates a blockage in the energy flow. Reading the eyes we refer to those markings and recognize the connections between the experiences in the past (cause) and our situation in life right now (effect).

During an Eyereading an experienced practitioner can determine the cause (past) and its effect (present) of problems.

Tibetan Pulsing Yoga Bodywork – individually or in groups – helps to solve the unresolved aspects of our experiences and to transform them and use them creatively.
